1. Use the application/price
list to determine the correct part number and price for each
kit that you will be ordering. Take care to note all the options
that may apply to each car or truck. Benevento designs each dash
kit to fit several variations of each model. There may be extra
pieces in some kits that will not be used on every car. It would
be to your advantage to look over the layout of the vehicle carefuly
BEFORE you order the kit. This way you will not be surprised
or disappointed when you begin with the installation. Our schematics
show ALL the pieces in each kit. If it is not shown on
the schematic, we do not make it. Note: Prices are subject
to change without notice.
2. Choose the type of material
for the kit. (exotic wood, synthetic or carbon fiber)
3. Choose the kit's color.
(Andes Rosewood, Yellow carbon fiber, etc.) Note: On real
wood kits; patterns and coloration WILL vary from kit to kit.
Exotic Woods are real wood veneers. The samples we provide can't
represent individual kits due to the fact that each batch of
veneers comes from many different trees and many different parts
of those trees. They will vary in color, shading and other characteristics.
Real wood kits may have defects such as blotches, bleed out from
the grain, slight defects such as lines in the wood and other
slight visual defects that are natural occurances and can't be
controlled. (for which Benevento cannot be held liable)
4. Using the application/price
list with the heading "Suffix Code", determine
the suffix to attach to the kit(s) in your order.
Ex: A 1999 BMW318ti
w/red and black carbon fiber would be:
BVRW1640RBC

5. We try to maintain
adequate stock levels. Due to excessive demand, we may be sold
out of certain kits. It may take 2-3 weeks to replenish our inventory.
Please keep an adequate inventory of frequently ordered kits
in your warehouse so you don't keep your customers waiting for
back-ordered kits.
6. FACTORY MATCH KITS!!!
Please note: We do our best to match the wood in every vehicle
as closely as possible. Due to changes in wood grain pattern
and slight color variation from the manufacturer, we can't always
guarantee a perfect color match. We suggest that you call first
for a sample to compare our kit to the automobile's wood grain
to see if it is acceptable before placing an order. We will
not accept returns due to color variations between the kit and
the vehicles existing interior. Please check color, etc. before
you order as some interiors fade over time and we match to the
original factory color specifications.
7. SPECIAL ORDER KITS!!!
Get a Deposit From Your Customer as these kits are made to order
and are not returnable or exchangeable. Fabrication may take
5-15 working days, possibly longer due to production quality
or supply of raw materials. (Note: Due to the unique specifications
of these kits, the following criteria applies: All SPECIAL ORDER
KITS are to be pre-paid or ordered with a credit card. When you
place the order, you purchase the kit!) Also, all special orders
must be faxed to 914-667-9380 on a Purchase Order with your credit
card Info.
8. Any reduced or sale
priced kits, custom modified kits or custom work is non-returnable
or exchangeable and are to be pre-paid or ordered with a credit
card. (Visa/Mastercard)
9. Old or obsolete kits
are not returnable. It is the purchaser's responsibility to turn
over their stock in a timely manner. Our factory keeps minimal
and regularly adjusted inventory in stock based on current demand.
(We only keep the most popular and current models in stock)
10. Once a kit is installed
- there will be no credit, refunds or replacement if customer
does not like it or has ordered the wrong color or wrong kit.
The sale is final.
11. Based on your yearly
purchases and only once per year, we will accept a 1% return
on purchases.
All returns are offset by this policy:
For every $1.00 returned, you must purchase $3.00 In new product
provided that:
a. Your account is current.
b. The kit(s) you wish to return are from our most recent
price list and are currently stocked - current model dash kits.
c. The kit(s) you wish to return are not a previously
ordered special order kit.
d. The kit(s) you wish to return are not opened or otherwise
compromised.
12. Automax is constantly
updating its kits. We cannot be responsible for changes, updates
or new model changeovers made by vehicle manufacturers. Therefore,
we can't automatically update your inventory as these changes
are made but we will sell new and updated pieces for a nominal
fee to those customers that wish to keep their inventory current.
13. For Individual pieces:
when you are pricing individual pieces from a kit you must do
the following - Circle the piece(s) that you are looking for
from the layout that came with the original dash kit. Put your
company name, phone number and contact name as well as the color
needed so that we have complete information.
14. If you receive a
SPECIAL ORDER DASH KIT and discover a defective plece(s):
Benevento will replace the defective piece(s) at no charge. To
help us expedite this service, first make a copy of the layout
and circle the defective piece(s). Fax us (914-667-9380) this
layout with your copy of the invoice. We may ask you to return
the defective pieces, so please do not throw them away. DO
NOT SEND THE WHOLE KIT BACK AS SPECIAL ORDER KITS ARE NON-RETURNABLE
AND NON-REFUNDABLE. We will send you the new piece(s) in
a timely fashion.
15. If you receive a
dash kit that has a missing piece: Fax over a copy of the
invoice and layout with the missing piece circled. We will manufacture
a new piece as quickly as possible and send it to you.
16. If you receive a
damaged kit: Contact UPS to inform them of the damage. (We
do not send out damaged merchandise) Once UPS has been contacted,
fax a copy of the invoice and layout circling the pieces that
were damaged. Write "Damaged" on your copy of the invoice.
17. If you receive a
dash kit and have a problem fitting a piece or several pieces:
Circle the pieces on the layout sheet that came with the kit.
Fax that sheet along with the specifics of the problem(s) and
a copy of the invoice to us immediately. We will then look into
the problem.
